- Ideally used for extracting and removing used engine oil from vehicles.
- Use compressed air to vacuum the Transparent Chamber or both Chamber and Tank until the meter shows 0.5 Bar (Green zone).
- Select the appropriate probes kit to be inserted into the seat of the dipstick for oil extraction.
- Optimum working temperature for extraction is between 60°C to 90°C.
- Pneumatic emptying of Tank at maximum pressure of 0.5 bar.

- Floor pan with castor wheels and handle for easy mobility.
- Ideally used for collecting waste oil or coolant from trucks or lorries.
- Ideal working capacity is 55 litres, i.e. maximum working level is 2.5” below the brim.
- At 2.5” below the brim surrounding the inner sides of the floor pan, sits a 2” wide metal sheet. This is to minimise oil splashing when moving the filled floor pan.
- With an anti-splash metal grid to prevent fluid from splashing during collection. Includes a funnel for use with higher trucks.
- A strainer located just before the outlet prevents sizeable dirt from getting into the pump.

FAQs of Oil Drainer & Oil Extractor
Currently, there are three types of oil extractors available on the market:
- Manual oil extractors
- Pneumatic oil extractors
- Electric oil extractor
The oil extractor works by creating a vacuum (either manually or through air compressors), which sucks all the oil from the engine. This method does not require lifting the vehicle and is one of the cleanest processes.
Here are some tips for using an oil extractor in Malaysia:
- Start by warming up the oil slightly. Cold oil has a higher viscosity, slowing the extraction process and may cause a jammed extractor.
- Take note of the extractor’s indicated maximum air pressure to prevent damaging the mechanism.
- Avoid leaving the oil inside the oil extractor tank and empty it into the appropriate container or disposal receptacle.
- Clean the oil extractor immediately after each use to extend the pump’s lifespan and prevent damage.
